The existing Reserve occupies 36 hectares (90 acres) north of the River Blackwater and lies in the Finchampstead South, Workingham District, Berkshire, England.
When visiting Moor Green Lakes by car please do not park on the road.
The main access point for the Reserve is the Moor Green Lakes Car Park which can hold about 32~35 cars. This is a private car park. There is no charge for parking but if you are a regular visitor please consider becoming a Moor Green Lakes member. The car park usually opens from about 9.00am. It is locked at night around dusk, the time is displayed on several notices in the Car Park and as well as this page. There is a height limit of 2.05m. There is no roadside parking just outside the car park.
There is alternative parking available at Horseshoe Lake. This is run by Bracknell Forest Council, and can get busy. It is about 500m from the western tip of the reserve.
Please remember not to leave valuables in your car, and don't leave items on display.
